Littauer Stitch Scissors are made from stainless steel. Scissors main function is to cut to cut sutures. Scissors are used mostly in all surgery procedures. Littauer Stitch Scissors come in a variety of sizes. They come in straight versions. Some doctors prefer the serrated blades because they believe it helps prevent tissue slippage. The curved patterns are preferred by most surgeons for dissecting, since they provide a better field of vision for the areas to be cut.
